We have applied our experience and knowledge of the exceptional physical properties of expanded plastics in the design and production of practical shelters IGLOU and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spur.cz\/en\/production-for-better-shelter-has-begun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BETTER SHELTER<\/a>, intended primarily for homeless people.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to helping individuals, our foams also contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of many carriers who use our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spur.cz\/en\/product_cat\/hardex-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HARDEX foam cores<\/a> for composite panels in their vehicle structures. We develop non-flammable, non-halogen systems with regard to health safety and providing the longest possible time for possible evacuation.<\/p>\n<p>Through UV stabilization and continuous improvement of mechanical and physical properties, we strive to achieve maximum product durability. It serves as a sustainable replacement for plywood, PET\/XPS foams, PP honeycombs and other board materials in structural applications. At the same time, it is easily thermoformable for more demanding applications. It is used in roofs, floors, walls, truck and bus fronts, automotive parts (trunk boards, platforms, headliners, battery cases), UAVs\/drones, residential modules and other structures. Thanks to its low weight and the possibility of rapid thermal lamination, it significantly simplifies production, increases capacity and reduces operating costs. The final sandwich panel can be designed as fully recyclable, VOC-free and in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.<\/p>\n<p>We actively help customers in the design and development of sandwich panels and related production technologies &#8211; from choosing the right panel structure to optimizing lamination or the design of the final product\/part. That is why, in cooperation with Tomas Bata University in Zl\u00edn, we launched research and development in the field of filtration of ultrafine particles in gases and liquids in 2019. Together, we are searching for and finding their surprising and extremely necessary use in many fields of human activity. We produce and sell our own nanofiber membranes under the name <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spurtex.cz\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPURTEX\u00ae<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We have also applied the excellent filtration efficiency in the production of our own line of <a href=\"https:\/\/eshop.spur.cz\/en\/nano-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protective work equipment<\/a>. We use SPURTEX\u00ae membranes with exceptional nanoparticle capture capabilities in the development of filtration layers for military protective clothing.
