The farm is currently a direct supplier to three major chains, Albert, Billa and Kaufland. In total, <strong>our photovoltaic power plants already have an output of 1600 kWp<\/strong>. This year, a significant reconstruction and modernization of the heating system awaits us in the Zl\u00edn Louky area. We will start rebuilding the infrastructure from steam to hot water, and <strong>the heat source will be our own waste heat from the extrusion lines<\/strong>, which we will use for hot water heating and heating in the premises using several heat pumps.<\/p>\n<p>At the Bezd\u00ednek Farm in Doln\u00ed Lutyn, we commissioned a gas boiler house and a hot water storage tank in 2023, and we are completing two cogeneration units for the <strong>production of heat, electricity and CO2, which is necessary for the nutrition of plants in greenhouses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our own biogas station<\/strong> in Slovakia in the Kameni\u010dany Farm area <strong>produced electricity from biomass in an amount that corresponds to the annual consumption of 3,000 households<\/strong>. We have timid plans in this area. We are gradually <strong>replacing fossil resources to produce our primary raw materials<\/strong>. Our product will be 50 % lighter, releasing 50 % less CO2 into the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>We want to become a <strong>major processor of plastic waste from households throughout Moravia<\/strong>, from waste recycling to the production of the final product in the 4 most basic types of plastic &#8211; PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET, as these four types of plastic make up 70 % of the total plastic waste ending up in sorted waste.<\/p>\n<p>Today, we process around 15,000 tons of plastic per year into products whose utility value is of <strong>high social or environmental importance &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spur.cz\/en\/product_cat\/tubex-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insulation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spurtex.cz\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">respirators<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spur.cz\/en\/production-for-better-shelter-has-begun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">panels for houses for refugees<\/a><\/strong>, these are product groups where, through long-term in-house development, we have achieved <strong>procedures using a minimum amount of primary raw material<\/strong> thanks to lightening ecological gas or in combination with recyclate.
