SURFACE TREATMENT

PP furniture edges are produced by extrusion of polypropylene in a wide strip of various thicknesses with the following surface treatment:

| double-sided corona activation of the surface
| application of (adhesive coating) primer from the bottom side
| application and curing of UV varnish from the visible side

The PP furniture edge is then cut from the so-called “jumbo roll” to the required width.

The edge is temperature-stable, durable and resistant to scratches under mechanical stress.

Insulation TUBEX® is high quality, environmentally friendly and not harmful to health. Sleeve thermal and sound polyethylene foam insulation TUBEX® is characteristized by the fine structure of closed cells.

We supply the presented assortment of insulation tubes with all auxiliary materials (plastic clips, special adhesives, self-adhesive tapes, assembling kits, etc.) necessary for making perfect thermal insulation of piping distributions of hot or cold water or other media. We provide wholesale in the SPUR a.s. production plant or at our salespeople all around the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Production of TUBEX® insulation is certified and in compliance with requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009.

Other colours or designes can be produced based on customer´s request.

Application RETROX TRUMF NA :

|Temperature used during application 130-160°C, pressure of about 2 kg/cm2, fusing time 10 s
|After cooling, carefully remove the protective foil

Bubble foil is produced in film thicknesses from 60 microns. This double-layer mono bubble foil is made from at least 50% PE regranulate. The film is made from a mixture of PCR and PIR regranulate (total 50 to 80 %), the rest is standard PE (20 to 50 %). This bubble foil is 100% recyclable.

COLOR

The foil is honey gray and translucent. Each batch may have a different color, but always in the honey gray range.

|Sheets are available in the sizes from 120 x 120 mm up to 1600 x 3000 mm.
|Lamination with LDPE or HDPE film possible.
|Thickness and the weight of EPE laminate and selected material can be different and depends of composition of the incoming foam or laminate.
|Sheets can be printed as per the customer demand.
|Also the different colourways are available, depending on the ordered quantity.

Most frequent usage: different kind of leads during palette stacking of the goods.
