HARDEX\u00ae XPP<\/strong> Optima ist ein thermoplastischer strukturierter Schaum aus Polypropylen (PP). Die Schaumstruktur besteht aus 95-98 % geschlossenen Zellen.<\/p>\n

Hardx XPP Optima kann als Kern f\u00fcr Verbundsandwichstrukturen mit hervorragenden mechanischen Eigenschaften in Verbindung mit geringem Gewicht verwendet werden. Es wird in Bereichen verwendet, in denen ein niedriges Gewicht und ein mechanischer Widerstand des Produkts erforderlich sind. Es ist bearbeitet und \u00e4hnlich wie Holzmaterialien. Sie k\u00f6nnen Schrauben, N\u00e4gel, Kleben, Fusion und Hei\u00dfluftschwei\u00dfen anschlie\u00dfen. Das Material kann mit der Thermo -Bildungstechnologie verarbeitet werden. Das Material kann mit funktionellen Oberfl\u00e4chenschichten mittels reaktiver oder hei\u00dfer Klebstoffe im Falle einer guten Kompatibilit\u00e4t ohne Klebstoff nur W\u00e4rme laminiert werden.<\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
